Adoption Necklace, Personalized, Chosen and Loved

A thick sterling silver washer is stamped with "chosen and loved" in our lowercase handwriting font with a sterling silver heart charm that has her name.  This is a thicker washer so that we can stamp the adoption date on the back. Both charms feature a brushed finish. Hung from a sterling silver bead chain. Front message can be changed as long as it fits.
